We are looking for a Butcher who could serve the meats to customer.

Duties include: Boning and trimming meat in line with customer orders and specifications; Cutting, grinding, preparing meat for sale; Receive, inspect, and also store meat upon delivery, to make sure meat quality; Maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible. Cure, smoke, tenderize preserve meat; Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Performing quality inspections on meats. Maintain and adhere to company health, safety and quality policies; Embrace training opportunities and take ownership of your own personal development
